Helping you be your best self more often

Approach

As a highly-skilled integrative acupuncturist and mindfulness specialist, I combine advanced training in traditional Chinese medicine and astute clinical judgment with current research to offer compassionate and effective care to patients.

Integrative acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment. It honors the source of acupuncture, which is traditional Chinese medicine, and builds on that foundation to incorporate acupuncture into the rapidly evolving allopathic medical landscape.

I prioritize open communication with my patients’ care teams, and utilize labs, imaging, and other interdisciplinary assessments to inform our approach and progress.

I have always wanted to try acupuncture but was a little nervous. I felt right at home here. Dr. Liz eased me into the process and always made sure I was comfortable. I have had three treatments so far but I am already noticing a difference. I would definitely recommend anyone having muscle pain or headaches to give this a try.”
